As the Ghotki district is located at left bank of the Indus river with length of 82 kilo meters & has been career of disasters since 2010. There is need to make resilient to area and communities as well through disaster risk management approaches. Hwa has most relevant experience since that in emergency response, early recovery, rehabilitation and preparedness.
